Garry & Arlene

What a day Saturday was! Talk about a test. The weather wasn’t the best by a country mile and this created one or two problems. ”Never let the weather get the better of you” is what I kept telling myself.
As locations go we don’t get much better than city centres and Glasgow is by far no different. I just love urban weddings, I don’t seem to get enough of them....

The best place to shoot a wedding in Glasgow. So many great locations in in such a small place. I could honestly spend days on end shooting one wedding here, half a day alone could be spent in the cloisters!

2 weeks ago I had the honour of photographing Julie and Ally’s wedding down at the Gailes in Ayrshire. My daughter Madeleine was sick for a week after which held me back with the delivery time on Julie’s images. Another Smile
I love this shot of the bridesmaid smiling at her best friend the bride just before heading down the aisle. The atmosphere was so tense at this point and I think that the smile was out of nerves more than anything else.

I always try to get some unusual photos of the brides shoes, this one stuck out whilst I was going through some old images from last year.
Birthday Girl
Yesterday was my little daughter Madeleine’s first birthday. All of our families came over and had a great little party. Madeleine had a great day with all her presents. This photo was taken 2 weeks ago, haven’t got around to processing the images from yesterday.
